Born on a Wisconsin farm, Anne Adametz has since voyaged throughout twenty-some countries to find and hone a unique approach to personal wellness, fitness and reaching life goals.
Introduced to yoga in college, Anne went on to teach English in Korea, and voyaged to Thailand in order to experience Thai Yoga & Eastern Healing Arts, eventually leading her to study at Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. She began in-depth studies of yoga while attaining success in the corporate world in Madison, Wisconsin. After graduating from The Temple Kriya Yoga in Chicago, Illinois, Anne developed an internationally recognized yoga studio, connecting with masters such as A.G. Mohan, Rod Stryker, Gary Kraftsow, and many more.
Anne's real-life experience to the most authentic tools of yoga , combined with her knowledge of alternative health therapies make her an unparalleled reference for self awareness and well-being.
Anne's approach combines the mental, physical and spiritual tools of Yoga, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine including elements of life mentoring, mental clarity, as well as offering treatment modalities in private sessions including cupping, Tui na physical therapy, acupressure, ear-seed therapy--all non-invasive and effective therapies to deal with stress, anxiety, pain, scoliosis, addiction and more. Anne also offers tailored workshops, like Yoga for Horse Lovers for those who want to increase confidence of self and horse, including horse acupressure, with her father, Legendary Horseman, John Adametz.
