How does it work?

The entire body into account for each illness, in order to see the root, not just the symptom of your body's imbalance.  Chinese Medicine works by a system of meridians of the body which govern the flow of blood and energy.  By stimulating a network of points on the body, which correspond to your needs, the body actually heals itself.  The results are often astounding, and yet completely natural.

Does it hurt?

Chinese Medicine has many options for treatment, including (but not limited to) cupping, guasha, as well as needles.  Many of these do not hurt, and in fact, feel good.  The needles are the width of a single hair, and rarely cause pain, in fact,  most people report a feeling of energetic buzz, not pain.
